Product Description

The HI 93501NS is a heavy-duty, waterproof thermometer suitable for daily use in industrial kitchens and for catering. The meter features a wide range of interchangeable probes from the HI 762 series, which don’t require recalibration. It has a stability indicator bargraph with seven levels of stability, and a hold function to freeze readings on the LCD screen for easier recording. The 93501NS includes calibration check functions for checking meter calibration status at any time. Extended battery life provides approximately 2000 hours of continuous use, low battery detection helps prevent false readings, and auto-off feature turns the meter off automatically after eight minutes of non use.

Range is -50.0 to 150.0 degrees C + or – 0.4 degrees C (excluding probe error), with a resolution of 0.1 degrees C. The device operates on three 1.5V AA batteries, which provides approximately 2000 hours of continuous use. Dimensions are 152 x 58 x 30 mm/6.0” x 2.3” x 1.2” (H x W x D), and weighs 205 g (7.2 oz.).

I like the product but I am really disapointed that it didnt came with an instruction manual. In the product features it says that it has a calibration check function and I don't find the buttom, and because I dont have the instructions manual I dont know how to operate that function. Very sad about that.
