I bought a set of 2 MUkitchen waffle microfiber dish towels in lime green and love them! I am very careful when I use them, not to use on items that have rough edges or anything that will snag the fabric. I keep cheap Walmart bar towels in the kitchen also and will use the bar towel to dry rough or snaggy items. My husband uses the bar towels for cooking, etc. He used my MU towel to wipe up a red beans and rice spill and it made a stain on the towel so he is banned from using them for cooking now!! I prefer to use the MU towels only for drying dishes, faucet, and countertops.

I added several different MU waffle microfiber sets to my Amazon.com wish list for Christmas. They are like shammies for your dishes. They are incredibly absorbent and even if they're wet, they still continue to dry with two swipes.

You do have to follow the care instructions to keep them working well - do not use fabric softener or bleach, dry on low, and do not use to make contact with hot objects. I had a set of different microfiber towels years ago and my husband used them to take a pan out of the oven and it melted the fabric!!

A few days ago I saw a microfiber towel at Rite Aid for $2 so I bought it for comparison. It's horrible. The fabric is very snaggy and just holding it with my hand sticks or grabs at the fabric - it's hard to explain. Like if you broke your finger nail and it was catching on everything - that type of feeling. If your hands or cuticles are dry, they will get caught on the fabric. The MUkitchen microfiber WAFFLE towels definitely DO NOT feel like that or have that problem(I don't have experience with other MU microfiber towels). They are definitely higher quality than cheap imitations and worth the extra cost. You WON'T be disappointed!!
