I recieved this within days of odering which I was very happy for. I would have given this item a five rating had it not been for two minor issues. 1) The frame itself is difficult to open while assembling. I actually pinched myself trying to open the frame. 2) The key that comes with this was a royal pain. I was trying for almost 20 minutes to get it to work properly in it's slot & was afraid I would brake the locking mechanism thus making it impossible to open at all. I eventually got the key to work but will advise turning the key in it's lock for a week or so at least once a day to break it in before locking the door regularly. It's a great wine rack & would still reccomend this to friends.
