This Baking Sheet makes small macarons about 30 spaces in total . I dnt know how macarons stick but the ones I made on this sheet have the perfect "feet" and are of the same uniform size. The wells don't allow the macaroons to "spread out" when you pipe them on. Tapping and setting them to dry before putting them in the oven allows it to rise and bake well.It comes with a recipe for raspberry macarons but Ive tried others and they have turned out equally well.
The non stick is nice and easy to clean up. It fits easily on a cookie sheet, I use it with the William Sonoma Gold-touch cookie sheet which is about 18" x 14".The manufacturers USA pans have the same sheets on Amazon. Highly recommend this mat for macaron bakers especially the new ones.
