This device came without being baselined, meaning it didn't come out of the box already set to indicate the proper PH. It did come with two packets, one which would give a baseline for low Ph, and one that was set to 10. The only problem is the packets were in Chinese, with no English transations, so they were impossible to use. I had to buy another Ph indicator, the more simple type with indicator fluid and a spectrum strip to tune this device.
