"Quality of this product is cheap, I would go through Kegkit.com or Kegconnection.com if I did it again $30 cheaper for same tower. Towers insulation is a joke "PAPER THIN" and it had some scratches on it out of the box."

After leaving a poor review I was contacted and they offered a full refund, but I had already made modifications to the tower by actually insulating it! I then received the bellow message wanting me to remove the negative feed back for a $10 store credit. I can only imagine how many times that has worked for them before.
