I actually got this as part of a Halloween costume (trying to assemble a NOT slutty version of Little Bo Peep) so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is actually a real, quality apron. The material is reasonably thick and soft, the pleats nice and uniform, and the size is generous enough to actually easily cover my lap (granted I am petite). I'll use this again for another costume someday but in the meantime it works perfectly well as an apron.
