The mesh is great for scrubbing at dried on dirt on dishes or counter tops, but rinses clean easily. These sponges dry out quickly if you ring them out, so they aren't breeding bacteria and smells between dish washings. After a few days, I toss them in the laundry basket and wash them with my kitchen towels. They're a bit stiff out of the dryer, but are soft and flexible again as soon as you get them wet. I plan to buy more of these and never buy another cellulose sponge again.

DII Palette Check Indian Summer Napkin Set of 4 Review

Bought these specifically to use on Thanksgiving and LOVE them. They work perfectly for my goals for thanksgiving: casual, seasonal, but not kitchy decor. However, they are perfectly wonderful for regular usage because they are casual, yet well-made, and the colors are nice if you like autumn colors and fabric napkins. The colors are wonderful autumn colors and the fabric is thick and absorbant. The colors make me think of a mountain cabin, or the fabric (colors, not patterns) in the great hall at the Ahwahnee in Yosemite (which I love). The fabric is matte in appearance (no shine) so I would not use these if I was going for elegant at the dinner table. It's great for rustic elegance, or casual eco-friendly though. They could easily be used year-round (or during autumn and winter due to the color scheme), but I have them in my Thanksgiving Table box and use them only for Thanksgiving. I use them as napkins for each person and to line the cornbread basket. I hope my review is helpful for you!

Asia Placemat Review

This is a great way to teach kids geography. We use these as placemats at our dining room table (we have other continents too) and we talk about the countries and learn where they are. As the kids get older (still too young for this yet) we are going to have each family member (parents too!) pick a new country one day a week, do a little research on our own, and then when we come to dinner, teach the others about that country. Great way to create family time and learn too.

Durable and easy to clean. We have a series of 4 different maps that we use for the kitchen table - we have to keep rotating them so everyone gets a chance. MIU France Set of 2 Silicone Pot Holders, Blue Review

I absolutely love these potholders!!!! I have four sets of them. They are great as potholders but they also have other uses. I place them under cutting boards to keep them from sliding on the counter when I am chopping. I also use them to keep bowls firmly on the counter if I am whipping cream. I also use them as trivets when placing hot pans on my counter top.

My only caution regarding this product is that you need to be aware of the location of the hole in one corner of the potholder. I didn't pay attention one day and got a nasty burn pulling a very hot pan out of the oven. If you are a bit of a klutz, like me, best to keep 100% aloe in the house just in case you do what I did. Repeated applications of aloe took the burn out of the fingertip in a few hours. I was very fortunate. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

I highly recommend this product.
