These dishcloths really wipe up the counters and clean dishes ( with a little detergent) and don't get smelly like sponges. I wash them in the machine with bleach. The only drawback is not having the side of the sponge with the abrasive. I would get more of these except that the shipping charges are more than the price of the dishcloth since Amazon does not handle them.
